Former BrahMos engineer gets life term for leaking data to ISI.

• The Nagpur district court on Monday sentenced former BrahMos Aerospace engineer Nishant Agarwal to life imprisonment under the Official Secrets Act for leaking sensitive information to the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), the intelligence agency of Pakistan.
• Agarwal was employed in the technical research section of the company responsible for producing the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile for four years. He was arrested from his residence in Nagpur in 2018 in a joint operation by the anti-terror teams of Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
